About the event
We will be gathering on the Lunar New Year, February 21st. Which will be cosmically centered around the Aquarius New Moon, honoring the arrival of the Fire Horse and the spark of a new cycle.

This event weaves intentional Pilates movement with guided meditation to awaken vitality, clarity, and forward momentum—inviting you to shed what’s been carried and step into what’s next with strength and presence. Rooted in rhythm, breath, and renewal, this is a space to reconnect with your body, set aligned intentions, and rise into the season ahead.
We will meet at 6pm EST, talk about what exactly the Lunar New Year is- what the Fire Horse is and what the Aquarius means and how it could apply to…
