Easter isn’t just about a man…
it’s about the Femme 🐣

Since the beginning of time, women have held the keys to life.
We experience life inside of our bodies.

We have bumps, curves, portals—
meant to be adorned.
By ourselves, and respected by all.

Right now, that is being threatened.
On Earth. In many places.
From our country, to our homes, to our families—
that pain we feel somewhere deep inside ourselves.

You feel that.
As a man, woman, human—primordially.

Bodies are not meant to be censored by anyone except ourselves.
And yet we exist inside judgment… whether we want to or not.

Spring is a beautiful thing because all of the blooms come out. 🌸

But flowers dry up.
They die.
Weather tramples them.

They are delicate.

We can love the beauty of today
and be sad about the blooms that never came.

We can cry for the flowers we don’t see.
We can scream for the ones that were carelessly trampled.

As Femme power, as women, as human—
we can smile and we can cry in the same breath.

Within life there is always duality.
Resurrection. Renewal. Rebirth.

It’s all the same.
Freedom. 🥀

And that matters.

Neptune is one of the slowest moving planets we track.
It governs what we can’t always see clearly:

For the last 14 years, it’s been in Pisces. ♓️

Now?

It just moved into Aries.

For the first time since the 1800s.

This isn’t just a seasonal shift…
This is a generational one.

The last time Neptune moved through Aries,
the world was in the middle of major shifts around freedom and identity, including the period of the
American Civil War and the legal end of slavery through the 13th Amendment.

But history doesn’t resolve in a single moment.

“You’re not good enough.” “You have to repeat this pattern to survive”…

We are letting go of “survival”, as a collective.

This is not about scarcity anymore-
It is time to thrive.
The chance for you to get everything that you want.

When we stay in survival, scarcity and fear we react like a wounded animal protecting its self.

14 years sober. Challenges don’t have to be struggles.

That’s the biggest thing I learned.

We don’t get to choose a lot of life, but we get to choose how to move through it all. There’s a lot of things this year I have done that I didn’t want to do.

But if I did everything I wanted to do I wouldn’t be here. In fact, I’d probably be dead- from drugs, alcohol or just my own depths of insanity.

This year taught me more about who I want to become and I’m actually obsessed with this badass version of myself who has come up against every obstacle and literally screamed, “NO.”

I’ve had to say good bye to a lot the things I want, the people and places I love, and let go of ideas I had of who I was.

I let go and free fell into the universe. Was that scary? Yes.
Let me be absolutely clear: I faced pregnancy, being an expecting mother, to abortion, making the hardest decision of my life, getting hit by the person I thought I loved. I was face with doubt of who I am and who the world is.

I left a place I spent years making my home to go and face who I am.
But the universe caught me in that free fall. I learned trust in a new way.

The only thing I have to fear now truly is fear.
My community has helped me know I’m not alone. I would be stuck today if not for the women and men who struggled before me and gave me hope. The women and men who pulled me out of self.

The chains have been broken in so many new ways.

I’m so excited and ready for what’s to come and step into the sun 🌞 to help others to empower themselves and never stop.

When we recover have to keep holding hope and shining the light for others to find the way.
Build community, empower humanity- but step one is start fighting for you, and stop working against you.

This didn’t start with you. Women have been taught for centuries that everything about being a woman was wrong. “Witch” became an insult. 🌑

What once described a role — a healer, a guide, a woman connected to nature and intuition — became something else entirely.

A warning.
A threat.
A label.

Women who lived outside the norm…
who didn’t rely on authority…
who trusted their inner knowing…

We became something to fear.
So the word shifted, as did the world. 🌎

Witch went from:
wise to dangerous,
intuitive to unstable,
independent to threatening

And that shift didn’t stop...
In the 1970s Hollywood demonized “witch” in a horrific way:
• possessed girls
• hysterical women
• feminine power portrayed as chaos or destruction

The same message in a new way.
A woman with power, emotion, or something “uncontrolled” = something to fear. ❤️‍🔥

So now when women hear the word “witch,”
it doesn’t just mean magic…It means you will get set on fire for telling the truth.

It carries centuries of conditioning.

And that lands somewhere deep in the body.
Not because it’s true…

But because it was repeated long enough to feel like it is.

We do not need to fear the word witch.
Our entire lives are meant to be magic- all of us. ✨

We need to start telling our innate inner knowing that it is safe and we were never wrong for telling the truths we know.
We are allowed to love ourselves, to nurture ourselves, to rest. All of us are made of star dust and there is nothing wrong with that. ⭐️

We are meant to shine through the dark and just exist as we are. Let go, surrender and trust the witch within. ☀️

it doesn’t just mean magic…It means you will get set on fire for telling the truth.

If fear and mistrust have grown between men and women, how do we move forward? If our two forms of being can no exist in one society cohesively, if we are at a point where we feel we can’t relate to each other…

Where do we go from here and how do we get better?

I keep coming back to one place:
We start telling the truth.

Silence protects broken systems.

Honesty is where repair begins.

I always assumed, “if someone ever puts their hands on you- keep going and never look back.”
However, it’s a lot more complicated and often cyclical. Everyone has their own story and point blank period: no one deserves to be physically assaulted ever.

I wish I could say that the moment someone put their hands on me all of the love in my heart vanished but it did not. I wish I could say I never saw them again, never thought of them, never texted them but none of that is true.

I got pushed across a room and then hit in face, it felt like a snap back to reality, by the grace of God. It truly felt like I snapped out of something- because I did…

Recovery is not just about putting things down, it’s about picking tools up to change everything in your life. Healing is about unpacking where you are at, what you want to change and then doing the work.

We don’t choose who we fall in love with. Often it has to do with similar life paths, trauma, chemicals and mirrors. I got hit in the face and literally it was like “holy shit how did we get here…”

Sometimes the things you want desperately in life you’re not ready for.
Choosing yourself is really hard.
It’s often not talked about, and the road less traveled. We don’t get to witness what we walk away from so there’s doubt, loss and grief.

If a younger, more vulnerable version of myself had been in the same situation, I truly don’t know what would have happened and I’m really fucking proud of myself for leaving. But I also really miss my old life.

If I could give people my recovery through osmosis I truly would, but for people to change they need to grow and walk through their own experiences. Healing and recovery is different for every single person.

I don’t hate this person for hitting me. I wish I did. I never will.
Walking away from love is one of the hardest things in life.
But it’s a huge part of recovery and healing.

I can’t afford hate. For me to keep healing I have to move past hate and into love again to help the rest of the world heal. ❤️

I spent forever searching for home…

Now, I find myself back in the place I grew up in after almost a decade away.

My consistent time in Colorado is the longest I have spent living anywhere in my entire life…

I grew up moving around between a lot of places and adults. By the time I hit sixth grade I’d find home in NY, NJ, PA, and Canada (lol ya random). You could include MD if you count my summer escapades.
Then I booked it to VT for college but was l dragged back here to PA by my ponytail when it was time to get sober. 😂 I blame myself only lol

I spent 9 years in Colorado.
I don’t know…. You tell me? Where’s home?

I spent a long time asking myself this question. Obviously, the word “home” is more than just a physical location. But the people most important to me have always been spread out too. It’s been a beautiful and loving and confusing life all at the same time.

I have had experiences of home and then I’ve lost those places. I had to leave college early to get sober. I got kicked out of my summer camp because I was drinking and lost that. Now I feel like I’ve lost my home again…

But this time I wasn’t kicked out, I chose to leave. I knew the chapter was over. I don’t know what comes next and that’s scary but I knew it was time to leave.

Often we know when it’s time to leave but choosing to stay is easier. I rarely take the easy way. I truly wish I could sometimes…. But it’s not who I am.

So now I’m here , “back home.” Yet I feel homesick.

What I’m learning though, is maybe home is not a physical place. Maybe it’s a structure inside of myself. Maybe I had to return home to return to me. To remember who I am.

This does not mean I’m at the end, in fact it’s the beginning of the next journey. How exciting to not know where we are going yet! ✨

We can do scary things and hard things at the same time. I promise you- you can. You can leave. You can start over. You can keep going.

Home is inside of you. ❤️‍🔥

I’m not saying Be Quiet; in fact I’m hoping you get loud…

But in order to have our messaging make sense we need to embrace quiet.

Yesterday I took my headphones off for the majority of the day as I did my work, which as an ADD person I don’t normally do. I needed less sound.

There’s a lot of noise right now. From the younger generations who think this is the first time the world has seen horrors of this caliber, from the older generations who have already had to become calloused warriors and don’t think change is possible…

Meditation, movement, writing, creating, mothering is all so incredibly important right now. Whatever you’re doing as a woman is enough.

If you do not think you can slow down today- I’m telling you must. You have already over come so much, you have made it this far and that’s incredible no matter what part of your journey you are in.

Do not let other people decide how you get to live, but really unpack what that means. Do not society, “norms”, “it has to be done this way”, even yourself “I have to do this”

No one “has to do” anything. We have to breathe, eat and move to live- and sometimes we are told not even to do those things.

So breathe, eat, pause, sleep, move, create anything from life to art- but do it for you.

Breathe for other women. Pray for future women and thank the woman before who have been called witches and burned at the stake for the freedoms we have now. 💫

Yeah you’re right there’s murdering of babies but that is not what I did. However, there’s evidence that says that’s what they did…
The men at the top in charge.

They lost sight of everything and went too far- to say the least.

For a long time elite men have programmed us to hate each other and not build each other up. It makes things easier for them and keeps us hating one another rather than being in a place of love and kindness to stop bad things from happening to the most vulnerable.

Vulnerability comes from experiencing pain and not knowing where to turn. When we share our feelings or open ourselves we are exposed to potential harm. These men swooped in and took advantage of that left and right.

I’m determined to leave this world a better place than when I got here.

Pain causes pain and hurt causes more hurt if these things are not dealt with. Look at your own family history. Look at where we are now as a country.

No one is perfect, but it stops with us and it’s time for things to get better. ❤️‍🩹

Determining our wants from our needs is hard. It’s personal, it has to do with autonomy and dependency.

There is a power is sharing our stories 📖

Staying silent doesn’t get us anywhere. I share more of this to expand on my experience, how complicated this choice was to make, how there was pain.

Determining our wants from our needs is hard. It’s personal, it has to do with autonomy and dependency.

Pills 💊 don’t teach skills 🤷🏽‍♀️

I’m not a doctor but-
I was diagnosed with ADD (now considered ADHD) as a kid in the early 90s. I was mostly told I need to sit in the very front of class and “pay attention”.

I spent years trying to just stare at the teacher so I would get yelled at. It resulted in me getting wildly disconnected from my body while trying to “stay focused.” I was not focused. I was learning how to mask my symptoms.

By high school I was so frustrated I ended up asking for help and getting stimulants from my doctor- pediatrician. I was given a medical trial and I ended up on 40mgs of Adderall a day. That’s close to a max dose for an adult. It was handed to me like candy from my doctor.
As a teenager completely with literally no medical school, I really didn’t realize how much its chemical make up resembles meth 🥴 and to be honest with you at that point I didn’t care.

People with ADHD are also at a higher risk for substance abuse disorders…

Luckily the studies on ADHD have greatly increased since the early 90s. However, I’m an adult now. So I’ve had to figure out what works for me.

I didn’t expect what worked for me more than anything else- breathing and moving in.
Yoga, breath work, meditation, Pilates- mind body connection movement changed my life. ❤️‍🔥

Now, I am in this new phase of my life is all about learning and integration. Studying and comprehension used to feel really really difficult but for the first time ever I feel at home in my body. ✨

My sobriety has been a journey and Adderall was one of those things that made me feel like I could do anything. I thought that was how I was supposed to operate and I couldn’t learn any other way.
Movement has changed everything for me. 🌟

Again I’m not a doctor and I’m a massive advocate for getting all the help you need for your mental health.

Grief is incredibly complicated 💀

Whether it’s the death of a person, a life you once lived, a relationship, a family member, a friend… it’s very complicated.

I started experiencing loss at a young age. Death and I met early in life.

Loss in general is hard because it’s change. Even if it’s something like an old life…
They say, “the devil you know is better than the devil you don’t know.”

I have no memories of my parents together because they got divorced when I was so young. There’s grief in that. When kids were playing “house” I was literally playing “parent trap” with my other friend whose parents were divorced.

One of my favorite, most steady humans in my life died when I was 16. A friend of mine, who was truly a sister, died at 24, after we spent the year living together.

And of course we don’t know where our loved ones go...

I can say today I’m grateful for meeting death early in life. For a long time pain and sadness were all I knew.
We know what we know, and we don’t know what we haven’t met yet.

Often, we ended up placing a lot of these feelings on ourself and blaming ourselves for the absence of whatever it is.

I’ve thought to myself time and again, “if I loved them harder… if I was better…maybe they would still be here.”

But the truth is isn’t not my fault. I don’t have that much control. I’m not God and I can question and ask for answers but sometimes I won’t get them.

The universe works with or without me. ✨

All I can do is say, “Thank you for the lesson and I love you.” Then let go… 💫

The truth is nothing is wrong with me.
I’m a woman. I’m an alcoholic in recovery. I’m a sister. I’m a cat mom. I am neurodivergent. I’m a human on this planet just existing. I do not need to apologize for any of those things.

Nothing is wrong with me. There’s always more skills I can learn. There’s different directions I can go.

If I make a mistake and I want to learn from it I can head into a different direction. I don’t have to let it define me.

If I hurt someone I apologize. I also try to be kind everyday and if I fuck up I say so.

But I am allowed to be who I am in my full form as a woman.

I’m allowed rest, I’m allowed to be me. I’m allowed to choose what’s next. I’m freeing myself from the chains of this world.

Keep going. Keep pushing.

I’m tired of competing to win the race of life towards death. I’m excited to be who I am today. ❤️‍🔥

We can switch realities… ✨

Building takes time. We need to have tools, a foundation, skills and a purpose…
But once we have those things we can do magical things with our lives.

Even if we don’t have all the material yet, the first thing to do is decide, “now.”

I spent a lot of my life thinking, “oh I’ll do that tomorrow” like I’ll complete that goal when I’m older… “I’ve got plenty of time!”

Now I constantly feel like I’m running out of time. Not because I’m older but because I have so much I want to do.

The only way I was able to do that was by looking at myself, realizing I’m built a castle inside of me and I was ready to build outside to match my reality.

Building takes time, work and patience. The decision to start creating something takes seconds. 🏰

I am not innocent. I don’t think that I have been for a long time. Innocence comes from purity, being naïveté, or inexperienced. I haven’t sat in innocence for a very long time.

I’m actually an antagonizer. I’m a disrupter. I love chaos because, I come from chaos and I thrive in chaos.

The planets were born of chaos 🪐

But I have chosen myself now. I have proven to myself that I’m a woman who knows who she is. I have worked really hard on developing experience.
Every experience I have had is ultimately wildly helpful for me to have empathy of others.

But there are words I feel in my body like strength, strong and resilience. I know those words. I am those words.
I work every day of my life to get stronger to stay alive.

To be brave. Not to take over other people.

I am not afraid of myself. I haven’t been for a long time. I’m sad when I loose people to the dark. I grieve that all the time, sometimes everyday.
But I also have hope BIG TIME.

I haven’t been innocent for a long time. I got sober at 21 because I started drinking into black outs the first time I drank - at age 12. I don’t think I got to this planet with much innocence 😂

You know what I am though? Strong.

I am a woman who has made very womanly adult choices aligned with my spiritual truths.
I’ve been healing, sober and in recovery for 13 years. That’s not me bragging- this is me showing you my credentials. I do hard things. I show up for others and I definitely show up for myself.

I am not afraid of myself and I haven’t been for a while.
Now, through all of this I love myself and life in a new way I never have before.

I have questioned the definition of a lot of words. Words many people inntuitively know the definitions of… Like Home, Love….

One word I do not question is the word Strength and Resilience.

Honestly, to me that sounds dramatic- but it’s real.

Violence is the expression of overwhelming emotion — an over-assertion of force — often involving physical or emotional intimidation.
Domestic refers to what happens within the home or family system.

If there’s one thing I know about myself, it’s this:
I am a survivor.
I honestly believe, I should have been dead a long time ago.

When I got sober 13 years ago, I became aware of how much anger lived inside me. Rage was the emotion I felt most raw in, most easily accessed.
I reacted quickly. I yelled. I slammed doors.

We are all just human beings here for the first time having an experience. Harm is harmful even if it’s unintentional. Abuse happens even if it’s a person we love and want to save.
At some point, we have to put our own oxygen mask on first — or no one is getting out of the plane alive.

The thing about anger is it creeps up,
Sometimes you think it has all dissipated and then all the sudden it reappears…

It builds. It quiets. It resurfaces.

Anger isn’t just sadness.
Anger is grief.
Anger is resentment left unattended.

Often, anger shows up as a survival response — like a hissing animal trying to protect itself. It is not inherently bad.
But healing requires care, not punishment. You don’t pour salt into a wound and expect it to close. Some of us carry many scars.
The question becomes: will they harden us, or will they teach us?

Right now the world feels angry- and that’s ok. There is a lot to grieve and a lot to resist. Anger can be informative. But it cannot be our weapon. We don’t heal by hurting — by hitting, yelling, or provoking.

Over the years I’ve learned to pause.

My anger can quickly be unleashed because it still lives in me and it always will.
Strength training, meditation, yoga, the female experience, and recovery - together- have allowed me to hone in on that strong emotion inside of me and put it all to good use. To channel, not suppress.
For me one doesn’t work as well without the other.

TW⚠️ Domestic Violence Survivor
Honestly, to me that sounds dramatic- but it’s real.

Violence is the expression of overwhelming emotion — an over-assertion of force — often involving physical or emotional intimidation.
Domestic refers to what happens within the home or family system.

If there’s one thing I know about myself, it’s this:
I am a survivor.
I honestly believe, I should have been dead a long time ago.

When I got sober 13 years ago, I became aware of how much anger lived inside me. Rage was the emotion I felt most raw in, most easily accessed.
I reacted quickly. I yelled. I slammed doors.

We are all just human beings here for the first time having an experience. Harm is harmful even if it’s unintentional. Abuse happens even if it’s a person we love and want to save.
At some point, we have to put our own oxygen mask on first — or no one is getting out of the plane alive.

The thing about anger is it creeps up,
Sometimes you think it has all dissipated and then all the sudden it reappears…

It builds. It quiets. It resurfaces.

Anger isn’t just sadness.
Anger is grief.
Anger is resentment left unattended.

Often, anger shows up as a survival response — like a hissing animal trying to protect itself. It is not inherently bad.
But healing requires care, not punishment. You don’t pour salt into a wound and expect it to close. Some of us carry many scars.
The question becomes: will they harden us, or will they teach us?

Right now the world feels angry- and that’s ok. There is a lot to grieve and a lot to resist. Anger can be informative. But it cannot be our weapon. We don’t heal by hurting — by hitting, yelling, or provoking.

Over the years I’ve learned to pause.

My anger can quickly be unleashed because it still lives in me and it always will.
Strength training, meditation, yoga, the female experience, and recovery - together- have allowed me to hone in on that strong emotion inside of me and put it all to good use. To channel, not suppress.
For me one doesn’t work as well without the other.

Pregnancy comes with dates and deadlines…
My abortion came with emptiness, reverence and silence.

Babies are loud and take over your life, they give you the uptime love and joy.
The opposite is silence, reflection, dates that still come, questions unanswered and lots of patience.

When I first got pregnant I thought it wasn’t possible. I thought for sure the doctor would look inside and say, “oh you broke it.” But she didn’t, she said to me, “your baby looks perfect!”

I’m used to my body failing me. I’m used to being told I’m wrong, bad, broken, problematic, unfixable. My body developed a degenerative nerve condition in my esophagus, because my body said so.

I had years of feeling helpless in my own skin. So I finally, took back my power in my body. I also accidentally prepped myself for pregnancy 😆 more on that later…

My vessel was finally ready, but this time everything outside wasn’t.

The night before my procedure I started worrying about what the moral repercussions of what I was doing were... I started to worry if there were fingers and toes. At the appointment I asked the nurse and doula. They held my hand, reassured me and told me everything was going to be ok.

January 30th was difficult for me because I didn’t get to see those tiny fingers wrapped around my own. I love children so much and I’m so incredibly blessed to be part of so many villages.
For a moment, in my own vanity I wanted to see the small imprint of my own fingers on my own child- maybe I will someday.

When I got pregnant I conceived more than a soul. As I had to make the decision about what was next for me I realized I conceived more.

I was awoken about what this world deserves for the mothers. I did give birth the past few days to a whole new me. ✨

It’s for every woman in my bloodline that’s had to suffer. Every woman who’s been told to shut up, grow up, forget your dreams, follow orders- doctors, societal, families orders. “Stay in line”.

Some of us are born wild, some just trying to survive, some fighting to live. Silence creates suffering, fracturing, judgment, isolation.

2026 might be tough, but as far as advancements go- this is the farthest we have gotten as females and I’ll be damed if I don’t utilize that.

I’m talking, working, healing where the woman before me could not. They did the absolute best with what they had but it was not enough. They deserved more. I honor them everyday by become the woman I’m meant to be from them.

Joseph Pilates did one of the most revolutionary things during that time for him and his fellows- he gave himself and them back their autonomy.

Moving your body, strengthening your will, tuning your mind are some of the most radical things you can do for yourself, especially as ICE works to create havoc on our neighbors.

We have to have our own oxygen masks on before we can start to help others with there.

We have to learn how to breathe steady while the powers that be try to keep us in fight or flight.
